In 30 years of renting in Sydney the property 'managers' here are by far the worst I've ever come across. Just 1 example: Inspection done 2 months ago, I had to call to follow up with them, was told repairs were approved yet almost a month later still no update and no repair. Zero responsibility taken for communication or task completion
Very good customer service from the Lily, Veronica and Beryl. I am a tenant in a property they manage and they respond very promptly to my emails, phone calls, and have very good communication skills are very empathetic. It’s rare that all staff are so high quality. So when I get good service I write reviews. 👌🏼
