Friendly, professional and helpful . He is very good and carefully explained everything we needed to do. He found tenants while we are putting up for rent and looked after the property until we put it up for sale. He handled finding the buyer and arranging flexible hours for opening house inspection.

The worker Athmar Habeb who so to say told me not to forget her name..has no professionalism at all. I didn’t even know I called a real estate agency when she answered the phone. Her tone was unprofessional and has no customer service skills at all. I would hate to have her selling my property as she has no time available to show properties due to a “tight schedule”. CLEAR COMMUNICATION and PROFESSIONALISM. My experience with Phong Nguyen from Ray White CANLEY HEIGHTS, of the sell of our boarding house property was a very good and learning experience. Phong Nguyen was honest and professional about throughout the whole campaign.
