RENTERS AND SELLERS BEWARE - Jack (Yunqing Li) and Blanka Wang have Refused to give us a set of keys despite it being in our lease. They refuse to give us our mailbox key as well which I find outrageous as we haven’t been able to get mail for 6 months. Will not respond to email correspondence. Have lodged a complaint with the civil and administrative tribunal as these are the stereotypical nightmare real-estate agents. Disgusting.
