My family and I have been going to this dental practice for our regular check ups for many years now. Recently had to call for an urgent appointment. The practice was very accommodating and fit me in at short notice. Front of house staff were very accommodating and understanding. The dentist (Dr Scott ) and his dental nurse did a very thorough job and were reassuring and professional. Would definitely recommend.
Being a long time patient, I really missed Alex but after my last visit I was delighted with Sean, he was very caring and made me feel really comfortable. He has a lovely manner and would highly recommend him to anyone who is a bit nervous about dentists. The practice is lucky to have him, the staff, particularly Nicola, are always helpful and pleasant. 5 stars all around.
I’ve had an excellent experience with Dr Dersch, who is notably calming, especially for those with dental anxiety stemming from past trauma. Dr Dersch is gentle, reassuring, and dedicated to ensuring the best possible outcomes for both teeth and gums. I truly couldn’t ask for a better dentist. Sean made my dental check a quite pleasant and informative one. He was thorough, gentle and empathetic. He explained everything in simple words and drew pictures on sticky notes to help me understand the situation better and make decisions accordingly. I’m very impressed with his nice work. Thanks a lot!
The team at RDC are welcoming, warm and always accommodating. From the reception staff welcoming you, through out the checkup / treatment, both dentists and dental nurses always make you feel comfortable and explain all options that are available to you. 10/10. Have been at this dental care since 2019 and always recommend to all my friends.
