I’ve had an excellent experience with Dr Dersch, who is notably calming, especially for those with dental anxiety stemming from past trauma. Dr Dersch is gentle, reassuring, and dedicated to ensuring the best possible outcomes for both teeth and gums. I truly couldn’t ask for a better dentist. I can’t recommend Randwick Dental Care highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel completely at ease — warm, professional, and genuinely caring. I began attending the Randwick Dental Centre a few years ago. From the minute I walked in the reception area I felt comfortable and at ease. My dentist is Sean. I attended this clinic a couple of months ago, Dr. Scott was great and provided excellent care, whereas his assistant Nicolette was absolutely heinous. She lacks the ability to make patients and newcomers feel comfortable, and is aggressive. Would not be returning to this clinic and would also not be surprised if she got fired, in fact, i hope she did.
The staff at the practice were absolutely brilliant. Everything from my initial enquiry, through to my clinical treatment, delivered by Abbi and Sean was so professional, every stage of the care was explained. I would highly recommend the practice. A credit to the Dental Community.
