I went to have my eyelash extensions removed. The lady was kind, but she left my eyelashes with glue still on them and told me to wash them at home. 😅 Also, the last two extensions that were still attached—instead of applying a proper solution to remove them—she pulled them out along with my natural lashes. The solution also got into my eyes and caused burning. I don’t consider this to be professional or properly trained work.
Today I had my eyebrows threaded, brow and lashes tinted, and lip and chin waxed. I received very good customer service and I was happy with the overall outcome of the treatments. Thank you so much.
BROW LAMINATION & LASH TINT. *EDIT 90% of my brows fell out, my skin peeled off & I have had to have them tattooed once the chemical burn healed. Owner was responsive to emails and helpful somewhat. Still of pocket for hundreds in order to rectify but appreciated the refund. Do not trust them!! My hairs are FALLING OUT and I have nearly no brows left. I usually have a good experience in this store but today I came in for an eyebrow laminate and tint. She made my eyebrows black and has chopped off majority of my eyebrow hairs so unevenly. 😢 also the laminate looks like I’ve had it for weeks but this is straight after my appointment. $75 wasted pretty disappointing
Eyebrows threaded and got my eyelash extensions done and I highly recommend the team here at RA. Love their work.
