The best physio in the city. The classes are small and therefore you get a personalised program. Lauren is absolutely wonderful, competent, always listening and ready to alter her exercises to best suit you. She is also always ready to update her knowledge to understand what you need as best she can. I've had several sessions with Guste, and she is truly an amazing remedial massage therapist. She's professional, knowledgeable, and has a great ability to find and treat problem areas. I always leave feeling so much better. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring therapist

Came in to see Andrew, who was very proficient and professional. I ended up needing surgery and Andrew was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right specialists and even followed up weeks later to ensure I was recovering okay. Service like this is often rare, and I appreciate the effort from both Andrew and the team.
Yet another fantastic massage by Guste! Saw her earlier today. Been seeing here for years now. She listens carefully to about where you believe needs attention and then addresses those to perfection. No pain no gain is my massage philosophy. Guste delivers!
