Appalling communication and zero professionalism. I submitted an offer on a property, not even a reply to confirm receipt. I had to follow up 4 times without getting a return call, was told the owner accepted another offer. No opportunity to increase my offer. As an owner and investor of 5 properties in this area alone, I would be beyond annoyed knowing this was a missed chance for a higher sales price and can be certain that when I sell my own investments, this agency will not be invited to present.
