We have just signed a Lease with Purple Cow and Kimberly is our Property Manager. Throughout the entire application stage, we were well informed of our progress. Kimberly seems approachable and helpful which, as a tenant, is very important. Kimberly has organized contractors (ie smoke alarm and pest inspection) and has been communicating with via multiple methods to ensure nothing gets missed.
