Excellent service and quality products. The team recommended the right pump and pool care supplies, and my water has never looked better – crystal clear all the time. We had an urgent issue with our robot cleaner and Anastasia was absolutely fantastic in helping us out. She responded quickly, was incredibly knowledgeable, and made the whole repair process smooth and stress-free! Highly recommend :)
New store located in Liverpool - conveniently located for customers travelling from South West. Customer service is excellent, staff are knowledgeable (what you'd expect from Pump and Pool People) and no pushing unnecessary chemicals, etc. As usual prices are very reasonable. Limited off sheet parking available, however Atkinson St does offer street parking. Highly recommended
I highly recommend this business! The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making every visit a pleasant experience. Their prices are reasonable, and what I appreciate most is that they don’t try to oversell you on products for your pool, unlike another pool shop nearby. It’s refreshing to find a place that prioritizes customer needs over pushing unnecessary items.
