I recently purchased a property with PropHero and would like to personally thank Lisa and Neha for their incredible customer service that made this process not only smooth but enjoyable. We have eventually completed the process, and have bought a property in VIC, but I will not be recommending PropHero to any friends. In summary: - slow process - big turnover in staff - had to chase constantly for progress and responses - Had a very poor contract debacle with deal we ended up pulling out of - the app is poor with lots of errors - inspections are poor - careful with their recommended services, they might cost you more. We have just completed a purchase with PropHero which we have been happy with. We spent a long time choosing a buyers agent. We went with PropHero as fee structure was clear, majority of the cost paid at settlement (good for our cashflow). I especially liked the idea of their leverage of data and technology to measure trends across multiple areas and provide a thorough report of the qualities a property has and why it would be a good purchase.
