At first we were nervous about going through a buyers agent for our first investment property. We had multiple phone calls with other agents and in the end we chose Prop Hero and Stephane. In short, what a fantastic experience. From start to finish Steph guided us through it all and stayed within our parameters. Could not recommend Steph and Prop Hero any more 👍

We have just completed a purchase with PropHero which we have been happy with. We spent a long time choosing a buyers agent. We went with PropHero as fee structure was clear, majority of the cost paid at settlement (good for our cashflow). I especially liked the idea of their leverage of data and technology to measure trends across multiple areas and provide a thorough report of the qualities a property has and why it would be a good purchase. I have worked with the PropHero team to buy investment property. Arnab and Lucas have been really helpful. I am so impressed by their services that I have engaged them again ( before settling my first investment property) to buy another property.
