At first we were nervous about going through a buyers agent for our first investment property. We had multiple phone calls with other agents and in the end we chose Prop Hero and Stephane. In short, what a fantastic experience. From start to finish Steph guided us through it all and stayed within our parameters. Could not recommend Steph and Prop Hero any more 👍

I am first time user of their service and from the initial consultations before even deciding to go with them as buyers agent, up to settlement, our adviser Stephane has been amazing at making us feel comfortable in the entire process. I recently purchased a property with PropHero and would like to personally thank Lisa and Neha for their incredible customer service that made this process not only smooth but enjoyable. Lisa (buyers agent) was incredibly knowledgeable and really cared to get me a property that suited my needs and set me up for the future. I decided to share my review only now, as I wanted to see whether the property recommended by Prophero would actually grow in value. In July 2023, Stephane from Prophero advised me to purchase a property north of Brisbane. The process took about 1.5 months to secure the right property at the right price. We have eventually completed the process, and have bought a property in VIC, but I will not be recommending PropHero to any friends. In summary: - slow process - big turnover in staff - had to chase constantly for progress and responses - Had a very poor contract debacle with deal we ended up pulling out of - the app is poor with lots of errors - inspections are poor - careful with their recommended services, they might cost you more.
