Property route have really helped me renting my home great communication and fast responded Adrian is fantastic ! It’s funny how a lot of these reviews are from the tenants complaining I know the industry, bad reviews are ALL the tenants fault leaving the properties trashed and disgusting and then expecting their bond back! What a joke! I would ignore all bad reviews because honestly this is a great business and they are spot on and always helpful Thank you to you and your team

Carpet never steam clean and is so dirty before leased out the rental property. When you question them, they said they have a receipt to prove it. Using some fake invoices. If it's already steam cleaned why it's all black dark ink dirty water come out from the carpet when we hire professional to steam clean it.
