It was a great experience. I had been in a lot of pain and Michelle was fantastic! I was at my wits end so it was great to get bit by bit info so I can make full recovery. I love how welcoming the reception is and how very understanding they were of my needs. Thank you all.

Warning: Terrible Experience at Prohealth – Greedy and Unprofessional This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any health service. My appointment was at 4:00 PM, but due to an exam, I couldn’t reach on time. I called them at 4:05 PM and told them I’d arrive in 10 minutes. They flat-out refused and said I missed the appointment. They charged me a $40 because of the delay, no-show fee—for a revisit, not even a full consultation. I explained the situation clearly, but they had zero interest in listening or helping. I went to Prohealth for a 2nd opinion on an injury to my knee... First and foremost, they have a knee specialist ... They are not so busy that they forget you each time you go, as with the previous physio ... The strengthening exercises & care have been really impressive, I'm finally getting results that were just not happening ... I wanted to post this to encourage others to go here, it's been an excellent service and I would recommend confidently for any injury
