Needs to listen to his customers especially when their issues are storm water Don't promise to come out and not turn up to fix what should of been fixed originally. Heavy rain since you started this project has resulted in us back to using an electric pump and brooms to move water. Customer service please Requsted Jimmi submit a plan to resolve the storm water issue and his message stated he wonts payment upfront and hasn't even finished the basics works he started. what an amazing company to deal with , from the moment you request a quote from them , they follow up on the works quoted , which we then gave them the green light and booked it in . There friendly staff turned up and went above and beyond , nothing was a problem , they fixed all our plumbing issues and gave great recommendations , which we will have them come back and do . would highly recommend to anyone .!!! thanks guys .

Progressive Plumbing did an awesome job replacing my Hot Water system & even came on Saturday morning to fit it. Jimmy is a friendly guy who turned up on time, just got on with the job & left no mess. Strongly recommend this firm.

I recently called Jim from Plumbing and Hot water, due to me having an issue with my hot water! He was super helpful over the phone, came out very quickly and got my hot working in rapid time. Really happy with the quality of work and service by the boys, I will be using them for any plumbing needs in the future. Could not recommend them enough.
