I originally approached them regarding a disputes matter and was told that they would issue a costs agreement and that Rebecca Campbell would be reviewing my case. They then said they didn’t have jurisdiction, even though it was a federal act. I sent several emails to Milena. No answer. I then asked Rebecca to phone me. No response. I then emailed her asking her to contact me. No response. I finally approached the principal partner, Ian, and asked him to email me. No reply. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
