Really impressed with reception, taking seriously issues related to my car as a result of using another service centre whose feedback on my car didn’t ring true. They demonstrated with photos that the feedback from the other service centre was grossly overstated which could have caused me expensive but unnecessary repairs. Progressive also did two procedures which should have been done by the other group immediately. Well done and I will be back for the next service.

I think the service was good but the vehicle was not cleaned at all either inside or outside. If windscreens and other items are not cleaned it can be dangerous for drivers.
