I had a pretty bad experience trying to purchase a property on smith street listed by Sales manager of this place. There are more than 40 groups at first inspection(11-Oct), I was told I can put an offer and will have another chance to put a final best price if my offer price is not the highest. So, I put an offer subject to financial at the same day. After that I tried to get in touch with her multiple times try to follow up what is going on with my offer over 10 days.
