I have had at least 1 Property being managed by (now)” Professionals”, since about 2009, more recently it was 2. This Company’s Staff have ‘bent over backwards’ to assist me at times - as I was Working in a remote location. They have managed to Contact me when I’ve overlooked things; they have kept me up to Date with Pest Control and advised me when Work needed doing, such as tree pruning or some paint work. If I could give less than zero stars, I would. It’s been over two years since I vacated the property after submitting proper two weeks’ notice and providing all required documents for lease transfer. Despite doing everything by the book, the lease is still continuing under my name due to sheer negligence and irresponsibility on their part. They’ve shown absolutely no professionalism or accountability, and clearly have no interest in doing their job properly. Want to give you -5 stars but not possible Chasing from 2 years from lease transfer of 17 Cummins street, submitted documents couple of times and mailed about lease transfer but don’t get any response. Extremely bad service
I have been a tenant for almost one year, i had to break lease 2 month before the lease expiry. I gave proper notice of one month, payed rent for one month even i was not staying there. They still charged me two weeks rent after the one month notice period. There was ongoing problem of pests in the house but a naive mistake i made was didn’t tell the property manager but instead bought pest sprays and have been dealing with pest for the duration of my stay.
