Very disappointed when they were the agent for my property, and the property manager acted in appropriately with my tenants and then promptly left the Professionals employ and I note has returned. Also very disappointed that when a neighbouring property that is rented by them had noises appearing to be like damage to the property and the police had to be called, that they were not prepared to check the property was safe and sound although they could issue a notice to the tenant to conduct an inspection.
