I had a disappointing experience with this property agent Lindsay. Their email replies were incredibly slow, which made communication frustrating and felt like we (tenants) were being left out of the loop when it came to updates to the property. Additionally, I’ve noticed several spelling mistakes in their emails, which did not inspire confidence. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and professionalism are unacceptable.

I would strongly recommend contractors avoid having any dealings with Professionals Wanneroo unless you enjoy having your time wasted and having to follow up for weeks to get payment. We completed our first, and last work order for them after it took a number of phone calls, emails and false promises before finally being paid the outstanding balance of a mere $100 some 40+ days later.
