Absolutely appalling experience with Wanneroo Professionals. The entire time dealing with them was a complete disaster, and I’m honestly relieved it was only for around two months. Their communication is terrible and consistently unreliable. A water invoice was paid twice despite being clearly confirmed beforehand that it was not a tenant responsibility. Never Give your property to manage to these guys they are hopeless they ruined my property. See they are handing over w/o any final inspection report. Also, in bad condition see picture. Also just saying keys in letter box... This is just one a lot more outside all weeds grown like tree, Boundry wall broken all fence door open ... all shutters open everything in house is broken ......... how anyone can manage like in Australia looks like 3rd world country.............
