Great customer service. im touring up the WA coast ATM & one of the disconnects on my jeep threw a nut which resulted in the bolt being flogged out & the link being useless Rang pro4x4 late Wednesday re another or where i could by one in WA. Well by Thursday they had spoken to the supplier and organised a replacement to be sent to my next destination for pick up friday.
Ok � did a review a few years back with a few ups and downs But that was always sorted out at no cost to me ! 4 years later now ! I believe pro 4x4 have come a long way in customer service Understand customers needs and working out other options that customers might find A better option As I walk around the workshop ( that's right ! ) That walk you can take to look at your car and see what's been done up on The hoist . These guys are the real deal. I had to get a 3 inch lift redone. And they did it with no fuss at all. And the Boys are friendly and welcoming, they had me out back under my hilux explaining to me what they did showing and telling me why they did what they did. You don't get that kind of service these days ! Will be going back to them for sure !
