Absolutely phenomenal service from start to finish. Was greeted by the amazing Toni and lovely Aaron were kind, patient and caring while Dr. Suma was efficient, exceedingly kind and very gentle in administering her care. The nurses as well were a pleasure, making me feel attended to in a time of need, Claire especially. Having the x rays and ultrasound just upstairs was a massive help as well! Good job team!
Our nurse Rose did an excellent job stitching up my husbands forearm after he cut it open on the car exhaust doing an oil change. 5cm gash required 3 stitches and a tetanus shot. Thank you very much to the staff at PPCC Werribee. They are very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. Highly recommended. Pleased to know my tax dollars are providing such a great service to the community.
I came into PPCC today with my husband, the receptionist Aaron greeted us in a friendly manner and was able to assist us in seeing a doctor. The nurse Rose was absolutely wonderful, she triaged my husband made him feel comfortable as she could before the Doctor was able to see him. When we did see the doctor he was really helpful able to get my husband the treatment he needed. I am so grateful to have this facility local to me. Instead of having to take my newborn to hospital I was able to be referred by the midwife hotline to go to priority care. We have since used this facility many time over the past year. Never waiting longer than 10 minutes for emergencies, like high fever, illness and infection. Had to vist today with my 16month old that had split the back of his head open. From the moment I got there staff were fantastic,prompt and friendly service. Reception staff were very quick to get us seen.Doctor and nurse were outstanding in all areas from treating my son and also talking and making sure I was ok. Having this clinic here made a bad day that much better without having to attend the hospital Thank you to everyone.
