I had an amazing experience at the urgent care clinic in Werribee! They took exceptional care of my mother, and the staff was incredibly polite, gentle, and attentive. Dr. Suma is an outstanding doctor; she thoroughly understood my mother’s wound and stitched it up perfectly. Zai, the receptionist(NURSE), was also wonderful and made us feel welcomed. This centre is a disgrace in the name of medical services. When i first came in I was asked to fill in a form online. After filling the form the lady asked me to wait while she enters the detail. I waited 45 mins and when I approached her, she forgot that I was even waiting!. Then she said to wait for a nurse to call my name for triage. In the meantime another person who came after me got through before me. 1 hr and 30 mins and still waiting for triage...what a joke. I had a great experience at this clinic. The service was very quick, and the staff provided appropriate attention right away. I cut my finger while trying to open a tomato can, and they attended to me promptly and did everything needed on time. The team was professional, caring, and efficient. I really appreciate how smoothly everything was handled. Highly recommended for anyone needing urgent care.
