I had an amazing experience at the urgent care clinic in Werribee! They took exceptional care of my mother, and the staff was incredibly polite, gentle, and attentive. Dr. Suma is an outstanding doctor; she thoroughly understood my mother’s wound and stitched it up perfectly. Zai, the receptionist(NURSE), was also wonderful and made us feel welcomed. I was treated today for a hand injury that required stitches, and I had a great experience with Dr Suma and her team. Dr Suma was calm, knowledgeable, and very reassuring, and clearly explained the procedure and aftercare. The supporting staff were kind and efficient, and the receptionist was especially friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel comfortable from the start. Highly recommend Dr Suma and her team for their excellent care.
