I had an amazing experience at the urgent care clinic in Werribee! They took exceptional care of my mother, and the staff was incredibly polite, gentle, and attentive. Dr. Suma is an outstanding doctor; she thoroughly understood my mother’s wound and stitched it up perfectly. Zai, the receptionist(NURSE), was also wonderful and made us feel welcomed. I went in because a piercing had gotten stuck in my nose, and I was really stressed about it. The removal definitely hurt a bit, but the doctor was gentle, patient, and explained everything as they worked. They made me feel comfortable the whole time. I’m so relieved it’s finally out, and I’m really glad I came here. Thank you for helping me get it taken care of!
I went to the urgent care clinic for a wound on my leg and was taken care of by Rose. She was incredibly caring, gentle, and professional the whole time. I had a pretty bad wound with some skin missing, and she took the time to carefully clean and stitch it up while keeping me calm. I just had it checked by my GP, and he said the stitching was excellent!
