I had an excellent experience From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The doctors and nurses took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. The hospital facilities were clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything needed for quality care. We recently visited the clinic as my son got a splinter stuck on his finger. The lady at the reception, the nurse ( Sarah) and the doctor were super amazing and handled everything very patiently. The reception lady and the nurse were super friendly with my son and handled the everything with utmost care. I must say my experience was great and we felt we were in reliable hands. Thank you team for taking care of us and being so kind.
Went to the clinic and was greeted by the nurse at the desk. A brief explanation of what was going on and she then informed us that there was a 3 hour wait for urgent care. Before we’d even completed the online information Cassie (the nurse) took my husband through and checked his dressing. We were in and out in under 10 minutes. Can’t thank Cassie enough for her care along with the doctor who checked the dressing also. Excellent care by all
The behaviour of the staff here is appalling — there is a complete lack of basic manners and empathy when dealing with unwell patients. You cannot expect someone with a heart rate of 140bpm and chest pain to be “happy and chirpy.” I presented here recently due to a sudden onset of tachycardia with a history of SVT. Suma treated my mum very professionally, even my mum comes in as international visitor who does not have Medicare. The nurse is also very helpful and respectful to my mum. I feel so lucky as I did not expect this because my mum does not have insurance here. Thanks very much and makes my mum and feel feels so good
