DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I attended this clinic last night and from the moment I got there I was met with nothing but rude staff from the receptionist to the doctor. The doctors was very rude in particular. He started off my appointment by complaining that I was here so late (9.20pm) when they close at 10pm. He then took me in didn’t walk me into the doctor’s office but let me walk in my self while he sat at the desk. I am compelled to share my recent experience at this medical facility. My son had badly injured his arm, and both his school and I were concerned it might be fractured. Unfortunately, our encounter with the doctor left us feeling utterly dismissed. After triage, my son fell asleep while waiting, upon being called, my son woke up upset and a bit confused. I attended the clinic for my medical issue and I was taken good care by the team. Second occasion whereby my son experienced a small accident. The GP referred us to PPCC Werribee. After receptionist Aaron spoke to Dr Suma Shivaraj briefly, Dr Shivaraj took us in immediately. My son was looked after. The team including Nurse Zai attended us promptly and professionally. We are very grateful for the medical team.
I had an excellent experience when I visited Werribee PPCC . I didn't have to wait long I was seen by the nurse quite quickly and then seen by the Urgent care doctor and it was Dr Suma . She was very patient knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares. Dr. Suma took the time to explain everything clearly and I highly recommend her for exceptional healthcare.
