Visited the Narre Warren urgent care facility after the Dandenong South centre closed early, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the entrance gate was closed and we had to ring multiple times before someone finally opened it. The registration process was smooth and the triage nurse was helpful, but we were told it would be two and a half hours before a doctor could see us. The reception, nurses, admin staff and doctor were all wonderful. They were very friendly and made us feel comfortable and not afraid. Although it was busy and with the limited resources, they did their utmost best and we would definitely trust in their care again, thank you!
I had an amazing experience with this nurse. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the whole time.
