We had an amazing experience at the Urgent Care in Narre Warren yesterday. Our young son was seen quickly, and the whole process was smooth and reassuring. The triage nurse was especially wonderful, compassionate, efficient, and clearly experienced. We were very happy with the level of care provided and felt genuinely looked after. Thank you to the team for making a stressful situation so much easier! An incredible service ♥️

The perfect place to go for urgent treatment when your doctors don’t have any available appointments for two weeks. The staff are very caring and great at their job, easy to find and easy parking, The building itself is modern and very clean. I was treated very quickly and am on the road to recovery. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic.

We've been there recently took our daughter there. The nurses and doctors were extremely professional and fast. We were thankful there were only a few people there. The nurse helped triage my daughter. These places help ease the burden the hospitals so thank you so much for the help. You guys were great! And god bless

Where someone is not in genuine medical turmoil, you will always be triaged later according to need. I work in a hospital. The way the system works is that before they opened these clinics, they made such decisions about the triage an... read more

Today was the third time I have visited the Narre Warren Urgent Care Clinic, but the first for myself. Doctors and nurses have provided a high level of care each time, for my 2 year old and now myself. They have been thorough, patient, and extremely informative. We have been lucky to have been seen very quickly. The perfect centre to attend when you need to be seen ASAP, but don't necessarily need hospital treatment.
