After being sent home by ED Casey last night because of a 9 to 15 hours waiting time to see a doctor, I visited this clinic today. I was having a severe asthma attack. The doctors and the nurse was very helpful and kind they called me in just 10 minutes and I was treated immediately. Kept me there to monitor my recovery and gave me the needed medication. Life changing experience. Great service.

Took my sick 1yr old son in there today and was initially told there would be about a one hour wait which I accepted only to be left nearly 4 hrs before getting to see a doctor for 2 minutes. While waiting after 3 hours asked the chubby receptionist how long til we see someone cause It’s pretty difficult entertaining extremely sick, hungry and distressed one-year-old for three hours to told we would be next in line only for a over dramatic lady to walk in and be pushed in front of us after 5 minutes. also noticed quite a fe... read more

This place is just horrible. I waited there for almost three hours (my toddler was consistently coughing which would end up in asthma) knowing this i wanted an early intervention, hoping they will do something. only to be told, nothing urgent, go home, see a GP. and if things get worse go to emergency. I waited there for so long, my son was lethargic from coughing consistently and no care was given. The nurse was so rude, she was like my son (3 yr old) is coughing on my face, can he wear a mask. I was like okay… she provi... read more

Reception and nurse staff were excellent, very nice and accomodating but the doctor made me feel like I was stupid for bringing my son in. He had temperatures of 40 that we couldn’t get under control and all round not well, nurse on call suggested I went here as she said he needed to be seen that day due to how unwell he was, so I did. Waited 3 hours + the 40 minute drive there to see the doctor to be told “I don’t understand why your here if this is all that’s wrong” My son dribbles a lot as a result he has a rash around h... read more

Disgusting, left my daughter waiting for over an hour in hopes to be seen by one of their doctors because she had been sick with severe vomiting and diarrhoea. Then once it was her turn they said you’re not severe enough and we can’t attend to you and directed her downstairs to the main medical area so she can pay the fee to see a general GP, disgusting and I will never go there again. I suggest no one else goes there either.
