Visited the Narre Warren urgent care facility after the Dandenong South centre closed early, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the entrance gate was closed and we had to ring multiple times before someone finally opened it. The registration process was smooth and the triage nurse was helpful, but we were told it would be two and a half hours before a doctor could see us. Amazing service! The receptionist, triage nurses, and doctors were all excellent—very kind, professional, and helpful. We were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived. My son had a cut on his face, and even though it was a public holiday, they took great care of him without any delay. Truly appreciative of their support and dedication. Highly recommended!
The reception, nurses, admin staff and doctor were all wonderful. They were very friendly and made us feel comfortable and not afraid. Although it was busy and with the limited resources, they did their utmost best and we would definitely trust in their care again, thank you!
The receptionist and triage nurse were lovely today (Boxing Day). Took my 2yo in and the triage nurse was so great with checking the temperature and blood pressure. The GP we saw was lovely too. Took the time to listen and engaged with our toddler. We were in and out within an hour.
I had an amazing experience with this nurse. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. I truly appreciate her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best care.
