Fantastic care. Highly recommended. They truly take care of patients that would otherwise clog up the hospital system. They have everything there and can do all the minor to medium important things, which is really good as it leaves the hospital for only emergencies only. They have great caring staff and Doctors. They are experienced and understanding, kind and caring. My son had to have some stitches and the staff were wonderful. We waited approx 1 hour. Obviously it's similar to a hospital setting, you're triaged. Once see... read more
What seems to be part of the concern in people's negative reviews is not understanding these are urgent care clinics, emphasis on urgent. Where someone is not in genuine medical turmoil, you will always be triaged later according to need. I work in a hospital. got there at 8:30PM, had to buzz in and got told they were at capacity already when there were 4 cars in the car park. pretty disappointed as GP said we need to attend urgent care. lady was lovely on the buzzer and offered us other options which i can’t fault.
Today was the third time I have visited the Narre Warren Urgent Care Clinic, but the first for myself. Doctors and nurses have provided a high level of care each time, for my 2 year old and now myself. They have been thorough, patient, and extremely informative. We have been lucky to have been seen very quickly. The perfect centre to attend when you need to be seen ASAP, but don't necessarily need hospital treatment.
The front desk, then Triage nurse were amazing and sent to see the Dr instantly. The Dr was very attentive of my 20mth old and took our concerns seriously. This is our 3rd time at the clinic and I just couldn’t fault them. I trust their knowledge and extremely happy with their level of care and customer service.
