Well-kitted out venue, highly effective doctor, effective triage person. Ineffective receptionist. Not helpful, didn't give me accurate information. I recommend you politely persevere because in the end the doctor was able to help me. Pity the pharmacy didn't stay open beyond 5.00pm on the Sunday I visited the venue. That would have been superb end-to-end service.

I was at the facility after my minor son has a cut on his head and bleeding. The nurses was told as she was busy as the roster is changing and had a first check up on the reception counter. As we were waiting for more than one and half hour there no improvement in the procedure. I have been told the doctor was busy, but the facility seems to be very quite and no more than few people. As we checked with the nurse are we able to go home she told us my son needs some treatment after the consultation with doctor. If a bleeding ... read more

I’m deeply disappointed by the care I received here. I had been experiencing days of persistent fevers of 40°C, chills, vomiting, and a severe sore throat and felt extremely unwell. I called ahead to confirm if I was appropriate for their service. The receptionist assured me they could assess my condition. I arranged transport to attend at 7 pm, only to wait an hour before being seen by a triage nurse around 8pm. When I finally spoke with the nurse, she was dismissive of my concerns. During her assessment, she kept saying I... read more

Glad others had excellent experiences. Unfortunatley, I found that this clinic is not a safe space for nuerodiverse people. I was asked to repeat my answers to questions, then stopped mid sentence (after approx 10-15 words). Each time I was simply frowned at, the doctor shook his head and hand and me as well. Unfortunately, due to my evidently incorrect answers, the doctor performed no examination, no medical history was taken, and the doctor went out of the room to book an appointment at the GP downstairs (this was done b... read more

This is an excellent service with a very helpful staff. The diagnosis is very accurate. I have visited this emergency facility 3 times, and have never been disappointed. The reception always informs about the wait time and it's very appropriate, we get treated/called within that timeframe. For all my visits, I haven't waited for more than 2 hours. Would highly recommend.
