Very welcoming and quick service. I didn’t have to wait very long. The nurse was comforting and explained what I needed to do to help me with my situation. Her instructions were very easy to follow. Having visited urgent care took away the long wait I’d would of had to if I visited the ED.

The staff here are friendly, helpful and non-judgmental. The receptionists, nurses, doctor and radiographer were all welcoming and lovely. The wait time after triage was about 2 hours, compared to emergency departments which are under the pump and can see wait times over 6 hours, so big time saver there. Obviously there are limitations on what procedures can be done. There are no specialties here. But otherwise it’s a complete service and you can see a doctor and have your blood tests and scans all done in the same building.... read more

I met Dr Hakim Gassiep here and received his treatment for my skin infection. Dr Hakim is fabulous and very kindly explained my skin issue. His skill is unbelievable. He is very friendly to patients. This urgent care clinic is busy, but everything works well and is fully equipped. Waiting time around 1-4hrs based on queue. Government should set more urgent clinics like this. This is the place that tax payers money should spend.

I presented at 650 on a Friday night after finding this service on Google. I was checked in by a lovely receptionist who explained the process and was very friendly informing me of the approximate waiting time. 5 minutes later I was triaged and treated by a lovely nurse who was very prompt and compassionate while assisting me with my issues. Soon after that I saw a lovely Dr who discussed my symptoms comprehensively, did an exam and assisted me with everything I needed being diligent in the process. I am very grateful for th... read more

The staff were all absolutely lovely! Almost no wait early in the morning. We did try to go here last night for x-rays, but they were at capacity and no one could see us so told us to come back in the morning. The nurses, receptionists, doctors, imaging staff, and everyone else we saw this morning were exceptionally friendly and accommodating and had lighthearted and playful attitudes - definitely helpful if you’re in pain. The doctor in the clinic also seemed to know what he was talking about which is always a plus. Hopefu... read more
