Visited the Narre Warren urgent care facility after the Dandenong South centre closed early, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the entrance gate was closed and we had to ring multiple times before someone finally opened it. The registration process was smooth and the triage nurse was helpful, but we were told it would be two and a half hours before a doctor could see us. The reception, nurses, admin staff and doctor were all wonderful. They were very friendly and made us feel comfortable and not afraid. Although it was busy and with the limited resources, they did their utmost best and we would definitely trust in their care again, thank you!

I visited there today and was really impressed. I was in extreme pain and was seen to immediately. The young nurse was so good. Went out of her way to inform me of what was happening and went out of her way to bring me an arm sling whilst attending to other patients. The doctor was extremely nice and explained everything to me. Yes there was waiting between X-rays and seeing the dr again for the results but this was totally understandable as it was getting quite busy. 💯 satisfied with my treatment today.
