Visited the Narre Warren urgent care facility after the Dandenong South centre closed early, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the entrance gate was closed and we had to ring multiple times before someone finally opened it. The registration process was smooth and the triage nurse was helpful, but we were told it would be two and a half hours before a doctor could see us. I understand that priority is based on triage, but what’s the point of calling it “urgent care” if the wait time is that lon... read more
The staff were wonderful and very good at their role. Unfortunately, due to the redources beyond their control, the wait time was way too long. There also needs to be clear instructions on where to go for new patients. It's too confusing when there is three separate departments which play a different role. The reception, nurses, admin staff and doctor were all wonderful. They were very friendly and made us feel comfortable and not afraid. Although it was busy and with the limited resources, they did their utmost best and we would definitely trust in their care again, thank you!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the care we received at this clinic. We attended on the advice of the nurse on call for our 7-month-old daughter. We were seen initially by the triage nurse who was lovely and attentive. But then we waited nearly two and a half hours to be seen by the doctor. When we were finally seen by the doctor, the consultation lasted less than two minutes. The doctor did not examine our daughter at all, did not ask any questions, and did not assess or review the areas of concern. This was particularly ... read more
Amazing service! The receptionist, triage nurses, and doctors were all excellent—very kind, professional, and helpful. We were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived. My son had a cut on his face, and even though it was a public holiday, they took great care of him without any delay. Truly appreciative of their support and dedication. Highly recommended!
