The Northern Hospital referred me to this clinic due to extended wait times. Although the clinic was exceptionally busy upon my arrival, the experience was elevated by the outstanding service provided by Sandy, Jess and Dr. Samaei. They were consistently courteous, empathetic and highly professional which made the wait entirely manageable. We came in today because our GP wasn’t available and despite the waiting time being over 2 hours, I was really impressed with how the two nurses Jess and Sandy & the doctor handled the busy waiting room even providing a urine test while we waited, which made us feel reassured that my dad was being properly cared for. The level of empathy, compassion stood out. very glad to have an urgent care nearby and hope it will remain operating.

The doctor who saw us, pretty sure his name was Dr. Benjamin unbelievably rude and unprofessional. My wife had just been discharged from the hospital after a bad sinus infection/flu, and they told us to go to urgent care for anything that wasn’t an emergency. Her sore throat wasn’t getting any better, so we went in. After waiting forever, we finally got called in, and right from the start he had an attitude. My baby 8-months old feels unwell today with sign of fever, rash, itchy. We had a call with Nurse On Call, explained situation, and they recommended we should go to Urgent Clinic in Epping. When we arrived at 9:14pm, they said they closed 14 minutes ago, and I looked at the closing time in Google is 10pm. They said we should go to Emergency Department. Overall the experience at this medical centre was a disaster. They make you book an appointment only to come in and wait an extra couple of hours from your scheduled time. Doctors were fine, nurses were polite, except the 2 nurses/receptionist at the back counter were not polite, no greeting, lack of communication between each other, rude and lack of decent customer service.
