What an amazing place, a very big Thank You to Dr Chinedu, Nurse Jess and Simone at reception. I was told to come to the clinic to help ease the hospital E.R. it was the best decision ever. Everything was explained and the care given was the best. I felt at ease knowing that my fractured hand was in good hands. Thank you 👏👏👏
I had been to this Center for a care of my baby. Though there was a bit of wait time on Sunday, they provided enough care and treatment needed. Place was great and cosy for my baby and parents as well.
Fantastic place. I was so unwell with nausea and desperately needed somewhere open on a Sunday morning where I could see someone quickly. I waited 5 minutes for the nurse then another 5 for the doctor. They were efficient, gentle and kind with their care. Very grateful to know there is a good quality option for after hours care in Epping.
This centre provided the urgent care we needed in a non emergency situation. My daughter needed stitches for a wrist wound. We were seen in half an hour and Dr Avain and nurse Jess took very good care of our child. Highly recommend this centre. So much better than lining up at the Northern ER and waiting for hours.
We had an excellent experience - the lady at the desk helped me over the phone & then greeted us with kindness when we got there & was amazing with my very stressed out 9 year old daughter. Thank you Eli. All the staff was incredibly attentive, patient & made sure she felt comfortable & safe. It’s clear that they truly care about their clients, especially the little ones. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a place that values & takes great care of children.
