The Northern Hospital referred me to this clinic due to extended wait times. Although the clinic was exceptionally busy upon my arrival, the experience was elevated by the outstanding service provided by Sandy, Jess and Dr. Samaei. They were consistently courteous, empathetic and highly professional which made the wait entirely manageable. Had a great experience. Did have to wait but that is expected. Nurses and the Doctor were lovely. My test results got delayed and they went out of their way to chase them up as they knew how long I had waited. All staff were friendly and approachable which was appreciated when I was feeling so unwell. Thanking you all.!
The doctor who saw us, pretty sure his name was Dr. Benjamin unbelievably rude and unprofessional. My wife had just been discharged from the hospital after a bad sinus infection/flu, and they told us to go to urgent care for anything that wasn’t an emergency. Her sore throat wasn’t getting any better, so we went in. After waiting forever, we finally got called in, and right from the start he had an attitude. Overall the experience at this medical centre was a disaster. They make you book an appointment only to come in and wait an extra couple of hours from your scheduled time. Doctors were fine, nurses were polite, except the 2 nurses/receptionist at the back counter were not polite, no greeting, lack of communication between each other, rude and lack of decent customer service. It's a mixed bag here like anything in life. The staff where nice, the nurses lovely, the doctor that treated me was no good. Same stuff, different place. Egh!
