Amazing service today with my 5 year old son. Was able to make appointment and seen within 20 minutes of my appointment time. Beautiful and friendly nurse who took care in looking after my son. Sent for X-rays and then confirmed a fracture of collarbone. In and out within 2 hours. Highly recommend this centre was only made aware of this service from the paramedic from night before. Thanks again team

On Sunday, May 5, 2024 at approximately 8.30pm I took my Dad to this so-called Priority Primary Care Centre on the advice of a paramedic who had come to our home but was unable to transport Dad to a hospital due to the fact that he was working alone. He also organised for the payment of a cab to get us there. (Love you Ambulance Victoria - you guys are brilliant and so hard working). After being consulted by a nurse for about 10 minutes, Dad was told there was nothing they could do there and suggested that he attend an emerg... read more

Had concerns that my grandma had a blood clot in her leg and were told by nurse on call to head here immediately. I called the clinic to let them know about the urgency and need for a wheelchair and was told “no don’t come were too busy”. Too busy for a patient that needs URGENT CARE, the title of your buisness? It promoted walk in on the phone line and online and nurse on call too, so what is that about? Whoever I spoke to had zero care factor or care and told me to call elsewhere even though I told her we were pretty much ... read more

Went here because my mum had been unwell and had problems breathing. We were concerned that maybe she was developing pneumonia. The nurses were excellent, they squeezed us in with a doctor who referred her across the hall to have an xray right before it closed. Thankfully she did not and the doctor was able to better assess her and prescribe further antibiotics and inhalers. The doctor was also excellent. Yes we needed to wait a bit, but compared to a night in ED it is much better for those things that are not as life threat... read more

Tip to future patients: it is worth booking an appointment in advance. This clinic was super busy when I attended but I was seen quite quickly (having made an appointment previously). The nurse and the doctor were nice and friendly and expedient without being pushy or overlooking anything. I was in and out in maybe 20mins with a diagnosis and a script. Would come back here in a heartbeat. I hope this clinic continues to exist.
