Way faster then going to emergency. I broke my toe, and I am quite an anxious person. My new favourite nurse is Liz, she was at the front desk. She was so kind and caring, she checked in on me and even gave a lil nudge to the x-ray report coming though. She made this otherwise horrible experienceuch more tolerable. I was in and out in under 4 hours, including an x-ray!
Very bad place. Went there on 5th November with symptoms that I had since the 4th of November. The doctor basically told me well it is only 1 day and it likely goes away so I should not be worried. I begged for blood test referral as Otherwise I had to go to the GP the next day. He ended up giving it to me but I felt like he didn't wanted to give me referral. I had been to this Center for a care of my baby. Though there was a bit of wait time on Sunday, they provided enough care and treatment needed. Place was great and cosy for my baby and parents as well.
What an amazing place, a very big Thank You to Dr Chinedu, Nurse Jess and Simone at reception. I was told to come to the clinic to help ease the hospital E.R. it was the best decision ever. Everything was explained and the care given was the best. I felt at ease knowing that my fractured hand was in good hands. Thank you 👏👏👏
Took my sick mother in law there because she couldn’t get a GP appointment quickly. She’s got serious long term chronic respiratory issues and has come down with a cough that almost prevents her standing, and we wanted her to see a doctor who could check her over, see if it was something antibiotics or antivirals could do, whether we should take her to hospital or whether she was right to go home.
