The Northern Hospital referred me to this clinic due to extended wait times. Although the clinic was exceptionally busy upon my arrival, the experience was elevated by the outstanding service provided by Sandy, Jess and Dr. Samaei. They were consistently courteous, empathetic and highly professional which made the wait entirely manageable. This is not even a clinic let alone the urgent care clinic. The lady receptionist is so rude and doesn't understand people come for urgency care not normal check-up! She wasn't supportive, helpful and polite at all. Instead the guy who was doing triage was so patient, friendly and helpful. Terrible place because they only have one ONE GP on Saturday and we were told waiting time is more than 3 hours! That's Victoria terrible health system

Had a great experience. Did have to wait but that is expected. Nurses and the Doctor were lovely. My test results got delayed and they went out of their way to chase them up as they knew how long I had waited. All staff were friendly and approachable which was appreciated when I was feeling so unwell. Thanking you all.!

I brought my child here after he injured his big toe while playing sport, assuming an Urgent Care Clinic would provide “urgent care”. Instead, we were told we could be waiting 4–5 hours, and even then the doctor “may not even order an X-ray.” For a suspected bone injury this advice was unbelievable. We came in today because our GP wasn’t available and despite the waiting time being over 2 hours, I was really impressed with how the two nurses Jess and Sandy & the doctor handled the busy waiting room even providing a urine test while we waited, which made us feel reassured that my dad was being properly cared for. The level of empathy, compassion stood out. very glad to have an urgent care nearby and hope it will remain operating.
