I walked in and was met with Pat at front reception, she was so friendly and understanding her customer service is 10/10. My son had difficulty with breathing, they took him in straight away I didn’t have to wait and they started him on Ventolin as soon as they got all the information they needed. It’s good to see we can take our children for urgent care and we don’t have to wait half a day to be seen. Thanks guys, great team.
I had an exceptional experience with the entire team. The receptionist was welcoming and encouraging, setting a positive tone from the start. The staff was consistently amazing, the nurse was attentive and skilled, and the doctor provided excellent care. I highly recommend this facility for anyone seeking professional and compassionate treatment.
The front desk staff is friendly and quick to help. The nurses and medical assistants are kind, knowledgeable, and make sure patients feel at ease and well-informed. The doctors are thorough and patient, taking the time to listen and clearly explain treatments. The whole team focuses on making sure the patient is the top priority, which shows in the excellent care they provide.
Cannot fault this place. I think it receives a lot of criticism for being busy but people tend to forget that it is in-fact an urgent care, there are people there who may need more care than you and that we live in a world where patience is not very common. Primary medical has the most professional and wonderful staff, from the reception staff such as Jacinta, to the doctors such as Dr Shiva and even the pathology staff who take into consideration that I am not good with needles, not rushing me in and out.
