She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that patients receive the care they deserve. When I brought my little one in with an asthmatic cough, she made sure to accommodate us, ensuring we were seen by the GP without delay. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for our wellbeing were incredibly reassuring.

I had an outstanding experience at PPCC Craigieburn. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. I turned up there around 8:30pm and the receptionist and the nurse very nicely told me the doctor couldn't see me tonight and told me to come back tomorrow or use an online scripts service as all I needed was some penicillin as my GP wasn't available for a few days. I used the online private service which cost me $50 and I had my script before I left the car park. This is the second time I have turned away from priority care and it just shows there is still a huge gap in our public health care system.
The Fantastic Medical Centre has an excellent receptionist named Pat who took care of my daughter during her visit. Pat is understanding and professional, providing great support throughout the entire process. The doctors at the center are very knowledgeable, which makes a significant difference in the quality of care they provide. I am grateful for the wonderful experience we had at this medical centre.
