This is my second time attending this clinic for my infant. I had an exceptional experience at Priority Primary Care Centre in Craigieburn. Great service by Pat, Tanya, the nurse and the doctor I saw on both occasions. Pat took the time to listen to my concerns It’s rare to find a team that combines such expertise with genuine care and attention to detail. The staff always have a smile on their face and are genuinely caring. I highly recommend this practice.

I recently visited your clinic based on recommendations from local doctors who were unable to accommodate appointments. Upon arrival, I explained my condition, highlighting that I was experiencing breathing difficulties and might require a prescription for a pump. I also mentioned that my symptoms were likely related to thunderstorm asthma. Despite feeling out of breath and unwell, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior from the receptionist. When I explained my situation, she smirked, glanced outside, and re... read more

This medical centre is hopeless. The system/administration is extremely disorganized and the doctors' quality is poor. When we checked in, we were told there were 3 people ahead of us to see the doctor, but we first needed to be triaged by a nurse. It took 90 minutes to be seen by a nurse, who then told us there were 4 people ahead of us to see the doctor. This shocked us as we expected to be placed in the doctor's queue when we checked in, not after triage. After a 3-hour wait, our name still hadn't been called, so we left ... read more

I recently visited the PPCC centre and had a generally positive experience in terms of wait time and facility cleanliness. However, one major concern stood out: there was no female doctor or nurse available when I needed one. For many women, having the option to speak with a female medical professional is essential, whether for cultural, religious, or personal comfort reasons. Certain medical concerns are sensitive, and not having a female practitioner on call can make some patients feel uncomfortable or hesitant to seek th... read more

This is my second visit to the clinic, and I have had excellent experiences both times. Upon my arrival, I was told that they were no longer seeing patients for the day. However, the attentive receptionist, Prat, noticed the significant swelling in my eye and recognised my discomfort. She promptly communicated with the nursing staff to ensure I was seen. The professionalism and compassion displayed by the entire team were truly commendable. I will definitely return for future care.
