Awesome place really really helpful when it’s an emergency. The staff are very professional and willing to help. Jacinta the receptionist was awesome and so are the nurses and doctors.

Reception staff was lovely, kind and helpful, however nurse and doctor were rather useless and that's the nicest way id describe it. The nurse was rude, makes zero eye contact and behaves as though she hates her life and her job. Doctor wasn't warm or kind to my sick two year old and didnt seem sure or confident in her skills. Overall, you may be best seeing a GP or driving to a farther hospital which may have shorter wait times.

A terrible experience. We brought our sick two year old here and would rather have gone to a GP. The intake nurse was rude and dismissive of our concerns, rolling her eyes, and simply disappearing for extended periods during the consult. When we finally saw the doctor we were initially relieved but had much the same experience. Our child vomited into a bag whilst in the consult room (regular vomiting was our reason for being there) and neither the nurse or doctor bothered/wanted to at least check it’s colour or contents.

Dont waste time to this place. The nurse is lacking of assessment skills, the doctor does not even bother to check the patient. I dont know why the government is waisting budget to this place. Me and my husband are both nurses but unfortunately we are not expert with paediatrics/kids, (we are surgical nurses) so we decided to bring our son to get a second opinion to check if my son is getting dehydrated because he was very sick, not eating much and drinking fluid and getting lethargic, fever for several days up to 40 degre... read more

Made a booking online for my very unwell husband, with fever muscle aches and pains! Couldn’t get into a local doctor and didn’t want to go to hospital as it’s not life threatening. Was told that my husband doesn’t meet criteria!! Asked why, the lady on the phone said he just doesn’t. Um what is the purpose of the urgent care centre!! Ended up having to go to hospital to get help. What a waste of tax payers money! Will be making a formal complaint to the health department
