This is my second time attending this clinic for my infant. I had an exceptional experience at Priority Primary Care Centre in Craigieburn. Great service by Pat, Tanya, the nurse and the doctor I saw on both occasions. Pat took the time to listen to my concerns It’s rare to find a team that combines such expertise with genuine care and attention to detail. The staff always have a smile on their face and are genuinely caring. I highly recommend this practice.

Today, I went to see the doctor at around 5:40 because of ear pain, and they told me the waiting time was 1 and a half hours. I said okay, and after a while, one of the nurses in the clinic called me inside to check, and she said the waiting time was 2 hours from now on if any more urgent patients came in. I said okay again, and then around 7.45 o'clock, I kindly asked the same nurse who checked my ear earlier, and she was sitting at the reception desk. She again said it would be 2 more hours from now. I had a really positive experience at this urgent care clinic. All the staff were so kind, caring, and attentive to all. They made a stressful situation feel so much easier. I’m truly grateful for their compassion and professionalism!

Avoid this urgent care. I’ll seek care elsewhere in the future. The doctor was rude & dismissive; and rushed us out after a 5 mins assessment. Waited over 3 hours and while I know triaging means sometimes you can wait, I was left waiting again for 15+mins despite being the only patient still waiting, while a whole host of staff and the doctor had a loud laughing conversation behind the desk. Definitely not urgent care!!!! Went there with my daughter who burnt herself after running both hands under water for 20mins we went at 9pm closes at 10pm with 2 patients inside and was told their at “ capacity” and could not see her apparently burning yourself is not urgent enough! Zero stars and would not recommend or return
