Pat was truly amazing. Her kindness and caring nature made all the difference. From the moment we arrived, her warm and welcoming demeanor put us at ease. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that patients receive the care they deserve. When I brought my little one in with an asthmatic cough, she made sure to accommodate us, ensuring we were seen by the GP without delay. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for our wellbeing were incredibly reassuring.

I went in last night with an infected bite on my arm. They were at capacity so the doctor couldn't see me which I understand. The nurse was great, inspected my arm and said I needed to have antibiotics immediately and should get a script online, which I did. She also told me to come back first thing in the morning for a tetanus shot. This is my second visit to the clinic, and I have had excellent experiences both times. Upon my arrival, I was told that they were no longer seeing patients for the day. However, the attentive receptionist, Prat, noticed the significant swelling in my eye and recognised my discomfort. She promptly communicated with the nursing staff to ensure I was seen. The professionalism and compassion displayed by the entire team were truly commendable. I will definitely return for future care.
The care I received from priority primary care was exceptional. Pat (reception staff) was really helpful and quick when I had the emergency. Pat listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results.
