what a joke of a clinic. I went there last night as I wasn't feeling very well. My GP was fully booked and recommended this place. As I walked in the receptionist asked why I was there. I told her that I wasn't feeling very well and that I wanted my blood pressure checked by the doctor as I was feeling a little dizzy. she then asked if I had any other medical conditions which I told her that I had Multiple Sclerosis. I didn't expect a great experience given its semi-emergency care in a populated area, but every single interaction was horrible. The receptionist barely uttered more than 'use the QR code,' which as an English speaker I was fine to do, but as someone who was unwell I shouldn't have had to help elderly people the receptionist was not interested in helping. I have been turned away at every instance from here. I have come here 3 times and each time I have been turned away. The first 2 times were for a broken wrist. Got sent back n forth from priority care Epping and Craigieburn to Northern Hospital and back to priority care days n days of back n forth. Wrist has had no treatment at any place. Northern hospital emergency referred to orthopaedics at Northern and no follow up appointment was ever issued. I went to urgent care after a nasty fall, not sure wether it was worse enough to go to hospital. Dr Bashir was extremely thorough with my past history as well as the current injury on hand and providing advice for what we should do next including thorough notes. Receptionist was lovely. All round for a first visit will use again if the time comes.
I have taken my kids here lots of times. Pat at the reception is just amazing and so friendly and kind even when people are super rude to her. I think people don't understand the concept of priority care. If you come in with very mild symptoms and 10 other people come in AFTER you with more severe symptoms, they will be seen before you which will cause you to wait longer.
