Had my first consultation with Logan and was very impressed. She took the time to thoroughly assess my longstanding back and hip pain, explained everything clearly and provided practical advice around strength training, mobility and recovery. I left with a clear plan and much more confidence in managing my symptoms. Highly recommend Logan and the team at Principle Four Osteopathy.

I have been treated by Logan at the clinic for a back and hip issue for the past couple of months. The treatment I recieved means I could return to playing and training without the reoccuring pain I was experience prior tp that. I would highly recommend her treatment to any one.

I've been seeing Jarrod Testa at Principle Four for a number of years now, and his balance of careful, highly considered rehab with strength-building and meeting training goals has helped me make great strides in recovery, maintenance and improvement. Never thought I'd have a regular Osteo, but here we are, and it's so good for my long-term health.
