I am writing on spot. It's my first visit and after some searching, I booked an appointment. but when I reached out reception they said sorry doc not available. We will give you any available doctor? No one bothered to inform me. I drove a long way down. Seriously.!!! Totally dissatisfaction at the beginning and I have paid $100 just for nothing. Just because having a swear headache.
Dr. Grace is an incredibly reliable dentist. My whole family has been under her care for the past 10 years, and we couldn’t be more satisfied.
Certain doctors are actually really good. Would highly recommend Dr Khan! Service/Reception are miss or hit - have had days where I have been promptly helped and others where I would be on hold for an hour and it would automatically time out and disconnect. I don't mind the briefness of consultations too much - its just a natural consequence of the bulk billing system. If you want longer, suggest you pay a bit for a private billing session. The receptionist here are hopeless. Also they never answer the phone it is either it keeps on ringing, you are put on hold for over 40 mins and worst of all while you are waiting patiently and on hold for such a long time it will hung up. It just makes you feel like mad... So if you are nearly you might as well walk and make your enquiry in person, it will be quicker. Service is pretty lousy, only a few doctors are decent here. They keep sprouting some app called for health but it doesn’t exist. Don’t bother calling either no one answers. Receptionist are too busy talking to friends then to help customers.
