I had an issue with my dental coverage through HCF, where I was asked to pay extra even though I was covered 100% and both the clinic and the dentist were listed as approved providers. The clinic took full responsibility and handled the issue directly with HCF, without asking me to pay anything out of pocket. Truly excellent service! I highly recommend this dental practice.
Staff are very polite, the dentist explained everything she was going to do before she started. Pleasant experience, considering I was at the dentist, lol and the bill was painless.
Dr Kristen Scott did a fantastic job. I was fairly anxious (always am with dental appointments) but she was very reassuring and helped put me at ease. I would definitely go back.
So very accommodating for a nervous first visit. Easy to use website and friendly, patient staff. I now have the confidence to to return regularly xxx
