I had my first appointment with Dr Paul Ferris and I was very happy with the service. He was very professional and explained everything that was being performed in a gentle and friendly manner. I normally really hate the experience of dentists but this was a very carefree experience.
Took my son today to have a very small filling. Cost $410 including examination and X-ray but the initial quote was $680 as they said another tooth needed a filling replaced that they did a year ago. This practice is out of touch with their customers and only see them as cash cows. So expensive then anyone else in the Redlands. Try to speak to them about it if they could bring the price down but they were not interested to even try and keep us as customers. Told them to take my whole family of the reminder list. Had first appointment today with dentist Dr Paul Ferris, highly recommended! Dr Ferris was very informative and explained the dental processes and procedures for today’s visit and future appointments needed in full and very thoroughly, giving options and alternatives, thanks again 😁
I walked in, and was in a dentist chair within an hour, they fitted me in. The ladies out the front were really helpful and patient. They accept after pay, or you can apply for zip pay
10/10 for this clinic! They were absolutely amazing in making me feel super comfortable and welcome! I was taken care of by Dr Kristen Scott and her team, who were incredibly kind and explained everything to me so I could fully understand what was happening in my appointment. The reception were also very friendly and polite which just made my experience so smooth and easy. I’ve not had the best experiences with dentists, but this location made me feel completely at peace!
