Dr Navjot Kaur (and staff) was incredibly gentle and patient. Before doing anything, she talked me through the process in a calm and reassuring way, which helped ease my nerves a lot. She even gave me the option to take breaks if I needed them. The whole environment felt warm and non-judgmental, and that made a huge difference. I left feeling not only relieved, but also a little proud of myself—and actually not dreading my next appointment.
I visited on Friday for a clean and check up. I usually see another Dental practice at Redland Bay but I’ve changed health funds and this was HCF preferred so I gave them a go. Sadly I felt like I had had a shower during the clean, lots of water making it seem difficult for the dentist to work. My upper right gum is still sore 2 day's later from an external filling which wasn’t anything major and should not have created residual pain. I won’t be back!!!!
I had an issue with my dental coverage through HCF, where I was asked to pay extra even though I was covered 100% and both the clinic and the dentist were listed as approved providers. The clinic took full responsibility and handled the issue directly with HCF, without asking me to pay anything out of pocket. Truly excellent service! I highly recommend this dental practice.
Dr Kristen Scott did a fantastic job. I was fairly anxious (always am with dental appointments) but she was very reassuring and helped put me at ease. I would definitely go back.
Had a good visit today with Dr. Zehra. While it wasn't completely painless, it was far off. Thank you for your patience, Zehra and team. You made this experience much easier for someone who faces dental anxiety. See you at the end of August!
