I don’t often leave Google reviews, and its from my daughter’s google but I had to after my recent appointment. I saw Dr Fiona and her assistant, Kayla, and wow Kayla was hands down the best dental assistant I’ve experienced in all my years. Fantastic service. The ladies are all wonderful and helpful. A special thanks for my Dentist. She is helpful, kind, and always puts my wants into consideration when treating me. Last note: Quick, reliable, with friendly patient focused treatment. Keep in mind the price can be a little higher than most might expect. I always plan around $400 + or - that tends to be a safe bet for simple check, cleaning and filling.
I cannot recommend Primary Dental and Dr Zehra Hasan enough. I have been absolutely terrified of the dentist for years and hadn’t been able to walk through the doors of a dental clinic in over 8 years because of anxiety. Dr Navjot Kaur (and staff) was incredibly gentle and patient. Before doing anything, she talked me through the process in a calm and reassuring way, which helped ease my nerves a lot. She even gave me the option to take breaks if I needed them. The whole environment felt warm and non-judgmental, and that made a huge difference. I left feeling not only relieved, but also a little proud of myself—and actually not dreading my next appointment.
Today 14th.11.25 was my last visit after having dental work over the last 3 months. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Zehra Hasan. She genuinely cares and is so very gentle. I'm in my 70's and have been to many dentists in my life and can honestly say Dr Zehra made me feel very relaxed while I was in her care. Thank Dr Zehra 🙂
