Both my children came here. One (7 years) required two teeth to be removed. They did the first one on our first visit, no dramas. I booked when leaving for her next tooth. 2nd time round my daughter was very nervous, she didnt know what to expect the 1st time this visit she wasn't as relaxed. I am a new patient at Primary dental , & want to say how impressed and happy I am with the staff there . Dr Sameer Lamichhane was just exceptional, made me feel comfortable & not nervous at all , took time to explain things to me . His assistant was also very patient and professional. I have been seeing Dr Sameer Lamichhane at Primary Dental for a few years now, and am extremely happy with the dental care that he provides. He is extremely kind and gentle (especially with patients experiencing anxiety), as are the other nursing and administrative staff. Pricing is fair and competitive. I would highly recommend their services! :-)
Lovely staff. Great care and understanding. Dr Sameer fully explained the procedure. Will use again, if more work needed.
I had a root canal and they explained everything every step along the way and we're super friendly!
