Last year, I attempted to leave this dental practice. They refused to hand over my records to the new dentist, saying "Corporate" were too busy to get it done. After waiting months, I had to pay to get an OPG x-ray to see what was going on. I eventually cited my legal rights to my records, and a copy was made at Royal Park for me to pick up with 24 hrs. Had a great experience during my several visits. Also my kids love the nice environment, friendly staff and support he gets during his visit. My son is only 8 and he is not worried or anxious when he has to visit the dentist. Simply thank you to all the staff for their support and care that they love doing.

I was really impress with Dr Krishna and her staff. They were very professional . They made me feel calm and safe during the procedure. They explained to me all the things I needed to know very clearly. I will highly recommend Primary Dental Royal Park 🙂
Our dentist of many years retired and we needed to find a new one. Krishna Girija was recommended to us and after our first checkup visits we couldn't be more impressed. The practice is well organized. No waiting time and modern facility. Staff are professional and friendly.
