Dr. Jazz and his team are amazing! He was so kind, patient, and understanding with my kids, which made such a difference for us. You can tell he genuinely cares—not just about their teeth, but about how they feel during the visit. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience so smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a family-friendly, professional, and caring dentist. So grateful we found him!
Great experience at the practice. Dee was amazing in setting up the appointment with Dr. Craig and I was in the dental chair after 20 mins which is what I needed as it was an urgent case. Craig was respectful and listened to my concerns and offered his expert opinion after carefully taking the x rays and examining me. All my questions were answered in detail. I would highly recommend this practice 👌
So impressed with the whole team at Primary Dental rouse hill. I secured an emergency appointment immediately and was taken care of so well. Dr Kaur is so wonderful and kind natured. The reception team are super friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend!
I have deleted my previous 5‑star review to write this one. We have been patients here for many years, and while the dentists and nurses are wonderful, the new receptionist, Dian? (the lady with blonde hair on Mondays), is consistently rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. We have even witnessed her treating other patients in a discriminatory manner. Sadly, because of her, our family will no longer be returning to this clinic.
Thanks to Deearne on Reception,and Dr Craig Calleia, for looking after myself and my Son's Dental Care. I was so happy that I could be accommodated at a mutually convenient time on my rostered day off at short notice! Many Thanks Guys!! Always a pleasant visit!
