Today we visited Dr Ena for the second time. This lady blows me away with her professionalism and comfort! Dr Ena greets us as if no time has passed, having already updated herself from our last visit. She takes the time to check in with my daughter and see how she’s going. She then proceeds to talk my daughter through her treatment explaining and making my daughter feel at ease. Dr John Shim was very caring and gentle and he was very honest about what would be good for me. The prices were reasonable as well. There was no wait time at all. Had a pleasent experience.
Dr Lin is very professional and friendly, gave me great advice on how to take care of my teeth. Reception staff are nice and helpful too. Thank you!
Not recommended. As dental patients here, we were told we could get two no-gap cleanings and check-ups per year with our health insurance cover. We even asked again, “are you sure two no-gap cleanings and checkups?” The receptionist said yes. That’s why one of us came again, since it’s no gap. Well, apparently it wasn’t free, we had to pay $180! They lied to us! The cleaning experience was quite painful too (not gentle enough) and the dentist was rude to the dental assistant!
So impressed with the whole team at Primary Dental rouse hill. I secured an emergency appointment immediately and was taken care of so well. Dr Kaur is so wonderful and kind natured. The reception team are super friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend!
