Dr Sanam Phuyal Dhungana is fantastic. She is super understanding and carries out her work to perfection. She makes sure that you are happy with the result and is very accomodating. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the team at Primary dental and will definitely be back! :)
I've seen Dr Yuen a few times and he is always very kind and patient, he takes the time to explain what he's doing so that you are fully informed. He and his team are very personable and always make you feel comfortable. The reception team are also always so friendly and welcoming whenever I speak to them or come in for an appointment. It's so refreshing having such bubbly, lovely ladies at the front and feeling so well taken care of in the examination rooms.
First time here - Dr Sree made me feel very comfortable after explaining that I had not been to the dentist in a long time and that I was anxious about dentist appointments. Dental cleaning was far less uncomfortable than I remember, she also helped me to set a treatment plan in place and book in a further appointment for fillings. I will definitely be returning ☺️
I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Sree. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel safe, heard, and genuinely welcome. Her bedside manner is absolutely outstanding — calm, compassionate, and reassuring. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. I truly appreciate the care and kindness she showed throughout my visit. Highly recommend.
I chipped one of my front composite veneers at 2am (completely my fault) and the lovely team at Primary dental Rockingham squeezed me in the same day to get it fixed. I spoke to Charmaine over the phone and she went above and beyond for me and was even nicer in person! I really want to express how much of an amazing receptionist she is!
