I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Sree. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel safe, heard, and genuinely welcome. Her bedside manner is absolutely outstanding — calm, compassionate, and reassuring. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. I truly appreciate the care and kindness she showed throughout my visit. Highly recommend.
I chipped one of my front composite veneers at 2am (completely my fault) and the lovely team at Primary dental Rockingham squeezed me in the same day to get it fixed. I spoke to Charmaine over the phone and she went above and beyond for me and was even nicer in person! I really want to express how much of an amazing receptionist she is! Dentist appointments can be stressful but the whole atmosphere at Primary Dental Rockingham makes it almost something to look forward to. The reception staff are beyond lovely, and Dr Sree Rahul is amazing - so considered, thoughtful and makes going to the dentist a really positive experience - the beautiful light filled rooms are a bonus too!
First time here - Dr Sree made me feel very comfortable after explaining that I had not been to the dentist in a long time and that I was anxious about dentist appointments. Dental cleaning was far less uncomfortable than I remember, she also helped me to set a treatment plan in place and book in a further appointment for fillings. I will definitely be returning ☺️
Dr Krishan Rao is amazing. Easily the best dentist I have ever had and I am in my late 70’s. The receptionist at Primary Dental Rockingham is very kind and welcoming. Altogether an extremely impressive team. I will never be afraid of dental treatment again.
