Friendly from the booking wether its online or with receptionist, appointments on time no waiting. Then there's the lovey dentist June she is proffesional, friendly explains everything in detail, and her nurse is there to offer support. Would strongly recommend Primary Dental Ringwood
I booked a check up here after my partner and son had attended and seen Dr Kat which in both cases were very positive experiences. I booked with Dr June to check a sore tooth and was scolded and spoken to like a child who doesn’t know how to care for their teeth. I explained I have had significant dental trauma and struggle with my own dental hygiene but she didn’t seem to care except to berate me for the condition of my gums which are in a stage of advanced gum disease which I explained I’m well aware of. Everyone was lovely, from receptionists to assistant and dentist. Very welcoming and friendly. Felt calm. Very efficient and good at explaining things
