Yesterday I booked an emergency appointment due to a tooth ache. I could not fault and care and compassion from Dr Helen in light of my severe dental phobia. She was calming, friendly, gentle and the whole experience made my treatment that much easier to bear. I'll be back to see her again. I couldn't recommend this practice highly enough.
Had a pleasant experience as a new patient with Primary Dental Clinic. Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Dr. Giri and the assisting nurse were amazing and very professional. I am pleased to have chosen this practice.
Dr Abhishek Giri performed a complicated tooth extraction for me, he was extremely professional and understanding of any dental concerns or anxiety that you may have. Dr Tong was very thorough and explained the treatment and my options without pressuring me. He did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth, with absolutely no pain or need for anaesthetic. I was very anxious but felt comfortable and will return to this dentist.
Dr Tong is one of the best dentists I ever came across - if not the best! He is very thorough, offers options and doesn't upsell. Highly recommended
