I wouldn’t recommend that anyone who needs dental care goes here, there is no care. I went in about 2 months ago with wisdom tooth pain, the dentist told me I needed to get them out, and she wanted to see the X-rays from my last dentist so she could give me a referral. 2 weeks later, hadn’t heard anything, I followed up and they told me there was an error (this was never communicated with me). I was called for an interview. Manager left before time and did not bother informing me. My time was wasted for coming . Such an irresponsible behaviour. I wonder how is the clinic being managed if the manager itself is not responsible
Thank you to receptionist for awesome customer service. And big thank you to Dr Parisa & P.A for making my dental experience comfortable. It’s been about 14 years since my last visit so when she recommended a deep clean I didn’t hesitate. Intitally it was sore after the procedure but 2 days on my teeth feel amazing, gums healed & I can’t wait to come back in again in 6 months. Thank you team
I paid for a clean and teeth were not cleaned at all. Visible stains are still all over them.
Highly recommend!! Dr Parisa took care of my mother’s tooth that was giving her grief for days. She was kind and gentle and was very lovely. It was also incredibly helpful that they had a Vietnamese dental assistant as my mother does not speak English very well. We also love Linda the receptionist there who is always so sweet and fun to talk to when we see her. Always so helpful and goes above and beyond to get things done for us.
