I booked Dr. Kyu for a toothache. The consultation of this appointment was brief. She did not ask many questions regarding my situation. I think I was expected to just "trust the process". Dr Kyu rushed the appointment straight to taking an x-ray and had no consideration for the pain caused by jamming the x-ray film into the floor of my mouth. I don’t have the words to express my gratitude for Belinda and Dr Kyu Hee who fit me in for a consult at a time I was experiencing extreme tooth pain. Dr Kyu Hee was kind, attentive and patient with me, and it meant so much to have a dentist take the time to explain what was going on and my options, without feeling like I was wasting their time. Very rude lady on the reception. I was a prospect customer but was put off by the way the lady on reception spoke to me - quite condescending Belinda. Please do better at least with first time patients to your clinic.

What a great experience. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the staff are just excellent. Dr Kyu Hee Kim was so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and understanding. Her bedside manner is second to none. Fantastic communication skills discussing all options diligently. She was so supportive and checked in often with my daughter as she worked. Highly recommend.
