Dr Prahb is an amazing dentist, so kind, patient and really makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She takes the time to explain everything and genuinely cares about her patients. Also have to mention Belinda at reception, she’s absolutely amazing! Always friendly, welcoming and so helpful. She always makes you smile or laugh! Such a great clinic experience overall. Highly recommend! 😊
I came to Primary Dental in Norwood for the first time yesterday due to emergency. The clinic is inside Norwood Medical Center on the Parade. I had received a best service and treatment forever. I had two tooth extractions and Dr Amr Bassiouny did the treatment for me. He is very gentle and had a good hand. I did not feel anything after extraction, even when the local anaesthetic wore off. Poor dental service with low-quality standards. The lady dentist featured in the main advertisement photo appears to have very little experience and was extremely rude and arrogant. This ended up being the worst experience I’ve had in 10 years. There was a clear lack of attention to detail, she does not understand the questions just wish to finish the procedure then get paid. she seemed to be just “mocking around” rather than taking the treatment seriously. Had a follow up appointment booked in since June. Turned up not open and I was told that the dentist has gone on holiday. This was after I received a confirmation email yesterday!
I had a dental check up and clean with Dr Kyuhee Kim and I cannot recommend her enough! She was professional and friendly throughout the appointment. Made the whole check-up and clean comfortable and stress-free. She was also very thorough with her explanations. I will come back to see her again, and will definitely recommend her to my family and friends.
