I came to Primary Dental in Norwood for the first time yesterday due to emergency. The clinic is inside Norwood Medical Center on the Parade. I had received a best service and treatment forever. I had two tooth extractions and Dr Amr Bassiouny did the treatment for me. He is very gentle and had a good hand. I did not feel anything after extraction, even when the local anaesthetic wore off. I had a dental check up and clean with Dr Kyuhee Kim and I cannot recommend her enough! She was professional and friendly throughout the appointment. Made the whole check-up and clean comfortable and stress-free. She was also very thorough with her explanations. I will come back to see her again, and will definitely recommend her to my family and friends.
Dr. Kyuhee Kim was one of the nicest dentists I’ve ever been to. I have dental anxiety and was scared of the whole process, which led me to procrastinate my treatments. However, Dr. Kim was extremely patient and gentle with me. I was scared of needles, but I barely felt anything. The entire process was smooth and even quite enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kim for any dental procedures

I booked Dr. Kyu for wisdom tooth infection and toothache. The consultation of this appointment was brief. She did not ask many questions regarding my situation. I think I was expected to just "trust the process". Dr Kyu rushed the appointment straight to taking an x-ray and had no consideration for the pain caused by jamming the x-ray film into the floor of my mouth.
