I don’t have the words to express my gratitude for Belinda and Dr Kyu Hee who fit me in for a consult at a time I was experiencing extreme tooth pain. Dr Kyu Hee was kind, attentive and patient with me, and it meant so much to have a dentist take the time to explain what was going on and my options, without feeling like I was wasting their time. Very rude lady on the reception. I was a prospect customer but was put off by the way the lady on reception spoke to me - quite condescending Belinda. Please do better at least with first time patients to your clinic.
What a great experience. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the staff are just excellent. Dr Kyu Hee Kim was so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and understanding. Her bedside manner is second to none. Fantastic communication skills discussing all options diligently. She was so supportive and checked in often with my daughter as she worked. Highly recommend.
Today I had a tooth extracted. Felt very welcomed from the first phone call. Price was completely reasonable and fair for weekend emergency work and the dentists were extremely professional and friendly. For something that could be a traumatic experience it turned out to be a pain free and stress free experience for me. Would definitely recommend and i will be going back.
