Absolutely useless and terrible customer service. I wish I could give zero stars. I went in last Thursday to have the rest of my wisdom tooth removed, to be completely ripped off, and further more to come. Referred to a specialist nowhere near where I live, and turns out I didn't even need one! I have been a or8vate patient for almost 15 years now and had been using my private insurance for dental check up and other issues in different dentist in Brisbane. But today was a different experience. My Dentist was Dr Banafshe Ranjbar. I would say, she has been the most approachable and smiling 😃 dentist I ever met. Being a Bupa Members First Provider I visited the Practice on 22 Nov 24 for an annual check-up, as I'd done at the same practice for years. The dentist I had booked with was no longer there, and the text reminder prior to my appointment noted a different dentist. However, being at the same practice, I presumed that this wouldn't make a difference. Never having to pay for check-ups in the past, I was surprised when I was asked to pay ~$70 afterwards. Easily the best dentist experience ive had. As someone who avoids dentists unless it's serious, Dr Paul made it a painless and easy extraction. Will definitely be using him in the future.
