I booked an emergency appointment through Healthengine on 25/12 for an appointment on 29/12. I received both email and text reminders and was asked to confirm my attendance by replying “Yes” to the text on 28/12, which I did. When I arrived for my appointment on 29/12, I was advised there had been an error with the booking system and that patients had been double booked. From the welcoming and reassurance from the beautiful receptionist to the care and explanation of my teeth getting work on. I don’t cope well with dentists so I was very pleased and thankful for the kindness and top quality work done . I even had photos of my teeth done- highly recommend if you have any phobias or dental work needing to be done.
Dr Priyanka was quick efficient & very caring towards my daughter on her visit clean check up getting fillings done. Our first time with her and will be back again. Amazing reception staff Raquel great communication and helpful.
