We have been coming here for a few years as a family and cannot fault the level of service or care by the clinic. Dr Zakiyah is awesome with kids and even with adults from childhood trauma of the dentist. Highly recommend and proud to support local.
I booked a single infill appointment a week prior to the appointment date, and confirmed it with whoever it is who calls patients to confirm their appointment. A few days later i got a call saying the dentist wanted to “close her books” for the day after already confirming my booking. so I replied telling them to just cancel it as they were offering me days and times i clearly was not able to make as that’s not the time i booked. Very disappointed in my results out all my teeth only four were bleached well and the 8 wasn’t that great. It was not done by heart and there were no understanding I don’t think the dentist who done my teeth understands how upset and hurt I am it was a waste of money time and investment I’m very regretful about this and the dentist who done my teeth I doubted her, but wanted to give her a chance and my feeling was right These are teeth we talking about.. so really think twice about coming to this place. Had a great experience at Primary Dental. Dr Irene was kind, gentle, and genuinely caring—she made me feel at ease throughout my visit. I was a bit nervous, but Manager Victor greeted me warmly and helped create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Thank you both!
Great dental experience from Dr Irene! I have gotten my teeth cleaned, cavities filled, and a dental splint here. Easy to book, procedures don't take long and very informative! It's reasonably priced as well but highly reommend using private healthcare as its very easy to claim here (I just swiped my healthcare card and it went through instantly, so no need to make a claim online). The receptionist is also friendly and a cool guy 😎
