Absolutely amazing front reception with Avi and Sara makes me feel at ease and very professional. Dr. Natasha Pakalpaty is absolutely patience,caring,understanding and very professional. She make me feel more calm and I feel really at ease.Primary Dental clinic is my go to dental now for sure. Thanks to the team make it easy for me.Surely come back again.
The clinic has a very nice and welcoming environment. The staff are friendly, caring, and make you feel comfortable throughout the visit. Really appreciated their professionalism and warm attitude.❤️👍
Dr Natasha is amazing and would definitely recommend her! She is the first non-judgmental and understanding dentist I have come across and I can’t recommend her enough - she made me not hate going to the dentist lol. The counter staff are also very friendly, bubbly, and pleasant to interact with. The only complaint I have is the wait time is a bit unreasonable. Both times I have attended I have waited over 40 minutes to be seen, even with a comfirmed appointment, so that’s the only disappointment I experienced.
Dr Harriet was lovely, so attentive and patient and gave me great advice. Exactly the calming type of personality you need when getting anything done. Really clean place and good vibes. Only thing is that I didn’t realise the dental reception was at the back of the building, so just be mindful of this. Thank you!
Been there couple of times for my wisdom tooth and honestly, love how friendly the staff members are especially Dawa at the reception who has helped me with all the procedures and paperwork. Would recommend it if you have little knowledge about your oral health.
