I saw Dr Kumar, she was absolutely fantastic. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dentist and she made me feel so comfortable. Very quick but also kept pausing to make sure I was okay. Fantastic service, highly recommend.
Husband had a tooth done just before Christmas got another voucher and when he went back to say he was still in pain the secretary was nasty about it. So I hope they had a great Christmas because my husband didn't. Update we had a phone call yesterday and my husband goes back to the dentist to have his tooth looked at again let's hope he gets it pulled out this time around a big thank you to the lady who took my complaint seriously
I Had a lot of work done over the last month that was years over due ,dr Prishka Kumar and her team were amazing! Never had to wait for more than 5 mins for appointments ,great atmosphere, fast and efficient and didn’t try to make me get things I didn’t want or need … which is why I stopped going to other dentists. Even the receptionist was welcoming and sweet. Will definitely my future dentist!!
I had a very bad experience when I was younger at a previous dentist, so I instantly had anxiety when I need a tooth fix asap. But Primary Dental Morayfield is a miles in front of their competition! I called and the receptionist fit me in straight away. When arriving the receptionist was all smiles, even though I could tell she knew I was very nervous (on the brink of tears due to my anxiety), the dentist came and got me from the waiting room and was very warm, friendly and understanding. Friendly staff. Dr Prishka Kumar made my little miss feel so comfortable. She was warm and caring and took her time with my daughters treatment, explaining every step she was doing to my 5yo making it not so overwhelming. My daughter loves the stickers and glove balloon at the end of every visit :)
