I had a really positive experience here. The receptionist, Mabel, was so lovely and welcoming, which made me feel at ease straight away. Dr Karandeep was fantastic – she took the time to carefully shape and perfect my front tooth after a filling, and I really appreciate the attention to detail. Great service from start to finish!
We visited Dr Karan after my 2.5 year old daughter had a fall and hit her mouth. The doctor was incredibly patient and took utmost care to carefully check her teeth while keeping her calm and comfortable throughout. It is not easy to examine a toddler, especially after a scary experience but she made it feel very effortless. My daughter has ever since always been comfortable with her on our subsequent visits. She truly cares about her patients. Would highly recommend her.
I’ve been seeing Dr Vanaja at Primary Dental Moonee Ponds for years now, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which really puts me at ease. Her professional yet friendly approach makes each visit something I actually look forward to - never thought I’d say that about going to the dentist! The quality of care has always been excellent. Highly recommend Dr Vanaja to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust long-term.

I came in for a wisdom tooth extraction I have quite severe anxiety and so was really nervous before the procedure but the team at the dental suite took really good care of me particularly Dr Paladugu. She was amazing and made me feel relaxed and sure I knew how to take care of the wound afterwards. I was allowed to use headphones and bring my partner in with me as well which was great. If you need this procedure done I would highly recommend this practice as I don’t think it would be so easy without their help
