I had a really positive experience here. The receptionist, Mabel, was so lovely and welcoming, which made me feel at ease straight away. Dr Karandeep was fantastic – she took the time to carefully shape and perfect my front tooth after a filling, and I really appreciate the attention to detail. Great service from start to finish!
We visited Dr Karan after my 2.5 year old daughter had a fall and hit her mouth. The doctor was incredibly patient and took utmost care to carefully check her teeth while keeping her calm and comfortable throughout. It is not easy to examine a toddler, especially after a scary experience but she made it feel very effortless. My daughter has ever since always been comfortable with her on our subsequent visits. She truly cares about her patients. Would highly recommend her.
I’ve been seeing Dr Vanaja at Primary Dental Moonee Ponds for years now, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which really puts me at ease. From the moment you sit in her chair, she makes you feel as if you're right at home as she has a very gentle and caring nature.
