Great place to go for dental needs. The staff is great. ASH, The receptionist is very sweet and helpful. She helps all the patients with their dental appointments. Explains the gap details well in advance so you know what you need to pay. The dentist Dr. KANI is very knowledgeable and skilful. Definitely recommend this clinic for any dental needs.
Dr Kani is awesome! She’s super gentle with my daughter, which really helps so she doesn’t get scared or put off coming back to the dentist. We’ve been with Primary Dental Merrylands for a while now and love it here. Everyone—from the dentists to the reception staff—is always so friendly and welcoming!.
After a year of foregoing a checkup, Covid hit, which pushed back any visit, and I was eventually developing periodontitis. It was something like late December '23 and everywhere was closed, but I was spitting blood every other hour and it couldn't wait, I even called Westmead in the hopes they'd have some an emergency dental contact list yet they were no help. Avoid Dr Emily and this clinic at all costs. I came in only to fix a small gap in tooth #36 in July. Dr Emily never communicated that she would treat any other tooth. Without performing basic checks (hot/cold tests, probing, bite evaluation) and without my informed consent, she drilled and filled two teeth (#36 and #37) – removing large amounts of healthy tooth structure. I always get apprehensive on dental visits. It's unnerving to have someone or something in your mouth. However Dr. Emily was amazing. I barely felt uncomfortable and my tooth was cleaned without any issues. Definitely recommend Primary Dental for their extremely caring and professional services.
