I always get apprehensive on dental visits. It's unnerving to have someone or something in your mouth. However Dr. Emily was amazing. I barely felt uncomfortable and my tooth was cleaned without any issues. Definitely recommend Primary Dental for their extremely caring and professional services.
Avoid Dr Emily and this clinic at all costs. I came in only to fix a small gap in tooth #36 in July. Dr Emily never communicated that she would treat any other tooth. Without performing basic checks (hot/cold tests, probing, bite evaluation) and without my informed consent, she drilled and filled two teeth (#36 and #37) – removing large amounts of healthy tooth structure. Receptionist was very helpful, friendly and great customer service. The Dr was very good and explained what was happening, what to expect and what to look for in the near future concerning my teeth. Also felt comfortable in the environment. Very good service. Highly recommend. Thankyou.
DO NOT COME HERE. I brought my little one here twice in the past year, early childhood tooth decay that could have been prevented by early intervention, proper communication. My son has lost 3 front teeth due to tooth decay and the dentists at primary dental would only tell me that there’s nothing we can do and to just “come for regular 6 month check ups” and if any signs of infection to go to the hospital. Hi everyone 2 years ago I went this clinic for clean up and check up after that doctor Emily did some filling as well and the root canal, last week that tooth started pain and infection I booked an appointment again and went there doctor Emily cleaned my teeth and that pain was still there Now first they charged me $285 just for 15 minutes work which I called other clinics today their price is not more than $200 for clean up and check up .
