Dr Kani is awesome! She’s super gentle with my daughter, which really helps so she doesn’t get scared or put off coming back to the dentist. We’ve been with Primary Dental Merrylands for a while now and love it here. Everyone—from the dentists to the reception staff—is always so friendly and welcoming!.
Avoid Dr Emily and this clinic at all costs. I came in only to fix a small gap in tooth #36 in July. Dr Emily never communicated that she would treat any other tooth. Without performing basic checks (hot/cold tests, probing, bite evaluation) and without my informed consent, she drilled and filled two teeth (#36 and #37) – removing large amounts of healthy tooth structure. Primary dental Merrylands has one of the best staff.. Dr Kami is very professional n knowledgeable lady. One of the best place for dental work.
Receptionist was very helpful, friendly and great customer service. The Dr was very good and explained what was happening, what to expect and what to look for in the near future concerning my teeth. Also felt comfortable in the environment. Very good service. Highly recommend. Thankyou.
I always get apprehensive on dental visits. It's unnerving to have someone or something in your mouth. However Dr. Emily was amazing. I barely felt uncomfortable and my tooth was cleaned without any issues. Definitely recommend Primary Dental for their extremely caring and professional services.
