I booked an appointment with Marion Primary Dental Care —I arrived, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes with no explanation. When I asked what was happening, I was told to come back due to my timeslot being given to someone else. I had already confirmed my appointment time. After going for a walk and returning on time, I was then told they actually couldn’t see me because the dentist had inaccurately assessed the patient they were treating for an emergency.
