The receptionist was very lovely and helpful. I saw Dr Banafshe Ranjbar and she was the loveliest dentist I have ever been to. She was kind, understand and patient. I was very nervous going in but straight away she settled my nerves and made me feel supported. Would 100% recommend her for your treatment.
Very friendly and caring business. The receptionist was an absolute delight on the phone and in person. The dentist, Dr Banafshe Ranjbar, and her dental assistant were lovely and put us completely at ease for what we thought was a major issue but turned out to be nothing of concern and then didn't even charge us for a full consult/appointment. Thankyou very much!
I’ve visited Dr. Banfi several times now — both for myself and my kids — and every experience has been excellent. She is professional, gentle, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I also recommended her to my family members, and they’re just as happy with their treatments. Highly recommend Dr. Banfi 🙂
Walked in (I’m a pretty awkward guy) lovely reception ladies set me up with a same day appointment then I came in and had the dentists check my teeth and did all the usual cleanup + X-ray etc, very attractive $200 new patients deal LOVED the experience, good staff nice and quiet waiting room. One of the best dentists I’ve been too and it’s surrounded by other medical places really a one stop shop. Will be a life long customer more likely than not. Seem to be extremely knowledgeable at all levels too.
The experience with Primary Dental for me is a 5 star+. Being my first time in using Primary Dental services, their online booking system was simple and intuitive. Their office is clean and tidy. Their front office, is very welcoming and very courteous and warm. The dental experience with Dr Laura Clayton was the plus. She made me feel at ease and confident in her ability.
