What an absolute amazing experience. Dr Brian Tsow is a brilliant and thoughtful dentist. 10/10 for his services. He was very respectful and communicated clearly with my elderly mother. Made her comfortable from the time she walked in till he finished her procedure. Dr Brian Tsow is gentle thoughtful with all that he did. Thank you so much for your help and taking care of mum.
Was a nightmare-ish experience dealing with reception, who on one occasion didn't seem to know why she called me. 20 minutes before my appointment, she called and asked if I could come in 10 minutes early. Very strange over-communication. I also filled out the patient form and there’s an optional marketing consent part of the form which I left blank (and was an option to), which she twice said I need to fill out, but I told her I didn’t have to both times and eventually she relented - please have her read the form before she... read more
Dr Matthew and the team were incredible. Fitted me in when I chipped my front veneer. Did an incredible job and we’re all just so lovely. Very appreciative and highly recommend
Dr. Matthew is an excellent dentist who takes the time to explain everything clearly. He's also incredibly friendly and approachable.
Dr Ramroop is a great dentist and this is why I have been taking my family there for over 10 yrs. She is so gentle, non-judgmental and does a thorough job. Great with young ones and all ages. Thank u for a great service and for seeing me at short notice today- life saver!😁
