I had a warm and welcoming experience at Primary Dental Greensborough. The receptionist was really helpful in guiding me through the process and helped me with the billing and insurance claim. I had my appointment with Dr.Pooja Singh. She was really nice, explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable during the entire check up and treatment process.
Took my father to this dental clinic which gave outstanding service.The staff were warm, professional, and made him feel completely comfortable. The dentist was patient, explained everything clearly, and the treatment was painless and thorough. They also offer very reasonable prices and flexible payment options, which made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for genuine care and great value!
I highly recommend Primary Dental. I suffer from Anxiety and Asthma. I am in the process of a crown on my back tooth and Dr Nilumi is so gentle, explains everything she does even before I ask. She stops when I need a break and has the patience of an Angel. In whole, their Receptionist, Dental Nurses and Dentist are caring and professional. I am not so anxious when I go now.
Definitely recommend - had a filling done and Dr Nilumi was patient and kind and explained different options to me. Easy to book and even stayed to fit me in last minute!
Pooja was so wonderful with my nervous 6 year old. She made her feel so at ease and explained everything to her in a way she could understand. So happy to have found this dentist and look forward to continuing our dental checks here
