I went into see Dr Eva Campos for a filling, check up & clean. Both her & her assistant did a great job, looked after me very well throughout the whole process & o was more than happy with the end result! I would thoroughly recommend both Dr Campos & Frankston Primary Dental!
I have now seen 3 different Dentists at Primary Dental over the past 5 years and all have been very caring and compassionate with treatment. I am always advised of potential cost prior to treatment which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend this clinic.
Worst experience with Dr Eva. Rough even after I voiced that I was nervous due to sensitive gums. No communication about what she was doing and was a very painful experience. Never had any issues with seeing a dentist before today but will not be coming back. Paid $199 for new client offer which included X-rays, told me they won’t be doing the X-rays as they said I don’t look like I need it, and I was “too jumpy” but they said I still had to pay $199 even without the X-rays.
I recently had treatment at Primary Dental Frankston, and I’m very happy with the care I received. The team was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. From the reception staff to the dental practitioners, everyone was attentive and respectful. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated.
