Went here due to sensitivity and possible cavity, saw Dr Monica Maloney who seemed uninterested and more focused on her upcoming holiday. Requested a clean and check when booking with the possibility of a filling, was told I would most likely need a root canal ($3k) but was then told this was not necessary at a second opinion - Gawler Dental Clinic (highly recommend). After seeing a orthodontist I expected our dentist office where the results were sent to contact me and book the necessary appointment. A month later I called them at which point the receptionist claimed they had “only got it the day before”. At the time I just put it down to a human error somewhere along the line and didn’t think much of it until after the appointment, in the context of what followed I now suspect this is an example of this receptionist not taking responsibility. Wow! I am so so happy I went to Primary Dental! My teeth were not so good, different shapes abd sizes, even the gum line on each tooth was different. I was so self conscious of smiling and being super scared of going to tge dentist from bad past experiences. I finally decided to get veneers an d Primary Dental was so much more affordable than other places. The staff are amazing! So caring and gentle especially with how nervous I was. Now, I can't stop smiling, my teeth are beautiful and perfect for me!
Took my youngest here and they were so disgusting with how they treated her. She is 4 years old, they were rude, told me to pin her down because she moved, told her off, were so rough, so rude & tried claiming she needed teeth pulled, left her in tears scared of dentist. Took her to different dentist they not only worked with her they were patient, kind, understanding, talked her through things & took time.
