Took my youngest here and they were so disgusting with how they treated her. She is 4 years old, they were rude, told me to pin her down because she moved, told her off, were so rough, so rude & tried claiming she needed teeth pulled, left her in tears scared of dentist. Took her to different dentist they not only worked with her they were patient, kind, understanding, talked her through things & took time. I can't speak highly enough of the entire team at Elizabeth primary dental. The dental assistants, The dentists, The reception staff are fabulous. They take everything into account, even things when they can't be physically seen by the eye or on xrays and they actually listen. I have a very complex case and they listen and take everything I'm explaining on board unlike other dentist who have previously made me feel like I'm crazy. Dr. Munira Kadiani did an amazing job with my crown replacement. Super gentle, professional, and made the whole process easy. The new crown looks and feels great, highly recommend!
