I visit Primary Dental Dapto every 6 months for a checkup and the experience is always friendly and professional. You get a notification via text prior to the visit, and it is easy to reschedule if things pop up. The clinic is always spotless and inviting. Reception is friendly, helpful and accommodating, and always happy to have a chat. My dentist Dr. Syed is always professional, friendly, and enthusiastic about his work. I went to see Dr Maria Ahmed on the10/9/25 with pain in two teeth had them repaired cost $449 once the anaesthetic had worn off I found one tooth wasn’t repaired. 10days later still in pain I went back but this time saw Dr Syed Humayun (Great Dentist) Was told Dr Ahmed didn’t fix the obvious crack in the tooth she fixed so had to get them both fixed cost $718.00 So I asked for a $449 refund, after multiple emails and phone calls still waiting for my refund it’s now been 3months
I needed to find a new dentist after moving. They fit me in quickly with Dr. Humayun Syed. They were very warm, friendly and professional and explained everything clearly from the moment I walked in until completion. The receptionist was warm and friendly. We brought out daughter who has dental trauma and Dr. Maria was very calm and reassuring. I would recommend them.
This Dental Practice has the most caring, reassuring & kindest staff; including Alison/ Reception and Leanne on Reception/ Dental Assistant and all of the Dentists and Assistants. All staff are down to earth. Treatment is carefully explained and costs transparent. I have always been made to feel comfortable and cared for, from the time I walk in the door to the time I leave. I have been attending Primary Dental for a few years and highly recommend this beautiful Dental Practice.
