Rachel is just amazing. I am not a big fan of dentist though my traumatic experience left me not to see a dentist for almost 4 yrs. But when my daughter visited Rachel she encouraged me to visit Rachel once. So i did,Rachel is the best in Melbourne..she is gentle, she will listen to you and understands you. An awesome kiwi. Took the kids for their dental check ups over the weekend and really happy woth services of the staff at the clinic. Very clean, tidy and a pleasant environment. Kids very comfortable with Dentist as well.
DISGUSTING. I came to my appointment at 9:58 ready for 10am for them to see my daughter a 3 year old. I had called the dentist and initially spoke to a lovely women who made my appointment and I again called 2 days later just letting them know in advance that it may be a little difficult for the dentist as my daughter is young and pre warning that she may give them a hard time. Dr Greena Rani has been amazing with my 71 year old dad. She was very gentle, she listened and understood my dad very well. My dad had his front tooth taken off since it was half broken. Dr Greena Rani did a amazing job, my dad was not in pain at all the next day. We were amazed! The price was reasonable as well. I can’t thank her enough. I will be taking my kids and myself to her as well. Highly recommend!
The staff are very lovely. Dr Zheng was able to see me last minute to perform a Tooth Extraction. I was so pleased with the service provided, that I ended up booking my children in for a dental check up 2 weeks later.
