I attended this dental practice after many years of not going. I had explained to the dentist about my anxiety and he made me feel super comfortable, explained everything and gave me heaps of options. I was incredibly well looked after. Even the reception was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This practice definitely made me feel so comfortable and really appreciated the care I was shown
I cannot recommend the staff at Primary Dental enough. They have made me feel comfortable and safe during every visit. Welcoming, pleasant, accommodating and informative. Highly recommended!!
After moving to Wollongong over 2 years ago I'd still been going to see my dentist of 20+ years up in Camden. It was time to make a change but I was reluctant because I know a good dentist is hard to come by! Yesterday my two daughters and I saw Dr Maria Ahmed. So glad I found her! Treated my elderly mother with respect and care. Providing clear easy to understand post care instructions. Wonderful reception and staff . Would highly recommend this clinic.
I have a terrible fear of both needles AND dentists, so of course I was scared and really didn’t want to be there… but Dr Maria and her assistant made me feel so much better! They were calm, and let me dictate how the appointment went. I never felt rushed or silly for wanting to take time like I have at other dentists. 10/10 and will definitely be back - hopefully not too soon though!
