I’ve had the best experience today with Dr Maria Ahmed and the dental assistant nurse that she was partnered up with (normally based at dapto I think). I felt so welcomed and cared for straight away and my appointment was not rushed in the slightest, exceptional service with the feel of a close knit working family. Thank you to the team, Dr Walid Hassoon, Leanne and Scarlet at Primary Dental Corrimal for their care and kindness shown towards my mother during her dental procedure today. We appreciate you passing on information regarding the Government vouchers available to aged pensioners. Based on today’s experience, we will continue future dental care with Dr Walid Hassoon and highly recommend the surgery.
Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. The clinic is clearly overpriced, and the receptionist showed no interest in understanding the actual problem I booked the appointment for. Despite me clearly explaining that the issue was very minor — she did not check anything and instead repeatedly insisted that I needed additional treatments I did not request, focusing only on what services I “must” do and how much I would need to pay. My partner and I went to have a dental check up and clean. Right from the warm and friendly receptionist, Scarlett to Dr Waleed and his dental assistant, everything was handled smoothly. Dr Waleed was efficient and explained the procedure at every stage. We were very pleased and would recommend this practice.
Had an appointment with walid. He was amazing and showed me visuals of options for treatment which really helped. He really took the time to explain everything. My children have also been seen by other dentists and they're all so lovely.
